Presenting Burning Spear - Studio One Session 1973

More reggae goodness in the roots tradition here, my children. The Burnig Spear has one of the most distinctive voices in all of reggae music and puts lie to all those naysayers who opine "it all sounds the same". These greaest session was produced by the great Coxsone Dodd , of whom much more will be heard later, and presents the Spear in early, fine form. Give it a listen and let me know what you think.

Thnx for this rich. I love the old school reggea stuff. This voice is together with Bob Marley one of the best in the scene. I have some of their cd's. Great to hear an oldie....
