Oasis - Live At Virgin Mega-Store Acoustic 1994

Ah, before all the fame and accolades and drug/alcohol binges put them into rock's stratosphere. Most Americans still can't be bothered with Oasis, and that's fine with me. I will continue to play them often and am ecstatic to hear Noel is finally going to make a solo album (all of them should have been with him on lead vocals, in my humble opinion). A pretty damned good quality bootleg here, hope you enjoy.

1. Shaker Maker (acoustic)
2. Supersonic
3. Live forever
4. Whatever
5. Sad song
6. Slide away

Noel Gallagher - 2006 Rhapsody Excluxsive

You know I keep waiting for him to go solo already, but sadly it doesn't appear to be happening any time soon. Friends of the Ape already know how much I dig Noel and his great songs. The only thing that makes Oasis obnoxious (to me) is that tit Liam. Either way, Noel recorded a few ditties for Rhapsody last year and Daddy has them here for you - I hope a few of you like these as much as I do.

1. Talk Tonight (Live For Rhapsody)

2. The Importance Of Being Idle (Live For Rhapsody)

3. Wonderwall (Live For Rhapsody)

4. Married With Children (Live For Rhapsody)

Noel Gallagher - Pre-Oasis Demos (1989)

I know they are over-popular and a bit trite to most folks, but I love Oasis. The main thing I enjoy about them is Noel's songwriting and guitar-playing. Liam is a tit who cannot sing on most days and has been given the most well-paying free ride in history. My favorite Oasis moments include the great MtV Unplugged where Lima's 'throat problems' prevented him from performing and Noel got to do the whole set - simply awesome. There's a little something extra put into it when the person who writes it sings as well. This is only 5 of what I have been lead to believe are 9 total demos and I will work on getting the rest posted here as soon as I get word on them. I could have them tomorrow if I ever learned how to use Bit-Torrent but that whole system refuses to work for the old man here. So, here is a taste of greatness and we all just love the demos that hint at a bright future, don't we?

1. What's It Got To Do With You
2. Hey You
3. What's Been Happenin'?
4. But What If...?
5. Have Fun!
