The Legendary Sun Records Story - 3 Disc Set

You simply cannot go wrong with the beginnings of rock and roll and the awesome output of Sun Records. Sadly for some (and no surprise to all) there are no Elvis Presley tracks here. The more's the pity, too - his Sun Records songs are the only one's I enjoy at all. He came back from military service a lesser singer, but I digress. Enjoy the cats who de remain and are represented here at their peak - Carl Perkins, Johnny Cash, Jerry Lee Lewis and so many more. And remember (this is important...) that there was a time in America when this was the most dangerous thing imaginable to parents and had the religious right up in arms. What a difference 50 years makes.
